Check carefully if they put you in the correct room, then have a nice stay!

The bedroom had a small balcony with a nice view of the downtown. The breakfast was good for the most part. Some of the staff was very nice and helpful, even lending us a charger for a while before we left.

Initially, we were put in the standard double room, even though we selected the superior double room. When we called the frontdesk about this, he said that they would "upgrade us to a better room without any cost". It's fine to make a mistake, but it's very unpleasant to not admit and try to make it up for it by lying.

Ir was a good stay

It was a comfortable hotel, with helpful staff. At least one persoon. spoke English, rest of the staf not.

There was an irritating sound in the aurcondition, because of that I had bad nights. The reception would change me to another room. But when I came back in the room the sound was disapperared. Unfortunatelyin the night it started again.

Wonderful

Te staf was very friendly! The location is realy convenient because there is a subwaystation in 1 minuut walking. The breakfast was also very good.

Good stay.

The property is good, the coffee break is good and part of the staff were very polite.

The Night Shift staff was a little bit incomprehensible regarding the the parking issues and policies.

Good, clean, and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast

Hotel was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Location was in historical downtown but not the best part of the city.

Location in Republica was not very good at all. It looked like the worst part of the city.

Okay as it was just for a couple of hours

Staff were very helpful despite not understanding or speaking English. My cards got declined and the staff was kind enough to help me exchange my money as it was at night. They even accompanied me until my Uber arrives

The towels have got a funky odour. The location of the hotel was kind of dodgy. Music was playing on the street till midnight

Everything was great, since we arrive, the service, cleaning... a very good hotel.

The only issue is that in the morning the next day, we didn't have hot water, which was a big disappointment for us to start the day.

The staff is unfriendly, they don't (particularly one man at reception) say hi or smile. The room wasn't particularly clean even though they state they maintain sanitary procedures, the blanket packet was torn and the blanket itself was horrendously dirty and very smelly. Because of that all my clothes got that smell and became dirty. The lavatory pan didn't flush water and became clogged. The windows are letting all the noise from the street in. They're more preoccupied with following COVID-19 procedures than proper hospitality and good service, i.e. they follow ridiculous uncalled for rules established by the World Government (world elite, Illuminati) being the dumb sheep they are. For instance, they didn't clean my room for the whole of my stay and said it's because of coronavirus and for soap and towels you need to ask separately, they only clean it after the supposedly contagious (it's not plague or ebola) guest (I'm not) is gone. Also the woman at canteen at breakfast was particularly ridiculous, you can't take anything by yourself, but she should give it to you. Like I mean what you gonna do when REAL ZOMBIEACOPALYPSIS AND NOT THIS SCAMDEMIC WILL COME, you aren't going to be prepared at all. No real sanitary procedures are in place, but only a visibility of them, your masks and other ridiculous rules won't help you, the place is STILL DIRTY and when something like ebola will come you will all die, sorry but true. :)
